Traffic Collision on Hwy 63. May 14th As Ozark Radio News reported Wednesday, May 14th, Hwy. 63 was closed for a cleanup of a head on collision of a tractor trailer and passenger car which resulted in a fatality. At 2:05 a vehicle driven by 64 year old Patton Anderson of West Plains crossed the center line and struck a tractor trailer driven by 36 year old Steven Gastinueau of Koshkonong. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
